Means of collecting personal data. Purposes of processing
Web contact and booking forms, in-person/remote support, contact and communications via instant messaging and other traditional communication channels. The collected personal data will be processed, stored and incorporated into the database under SNOWMOTION's responsibility. You may also provide us your data in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email and other means indicated here. By sending information or participating in our activities, the user expressly authorizes SNOWMOTION to process their personal data insofar as necessary to comply with and maintain existing relations between the parties, where applicable.
The purpose of processing your data will be to manage bookings, enquiries and requests received through the indicated channels, inclusion in contact lists, answering questions, sending electronic communications, as well as managing your participation and stay in SNOWMOTION activities and sending commercial communications. In any case, the collected and processed data are only the basic data required for the purposes indicated above.
The user is responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided, undertaking not to provide false data and to rectify them if necessary; likewise they state that when providing personal data of a third party they are authorized to do so. SNOWMOTION shall be exempt from liability if the request to show or correct data is made by phone, WhatsApp or from the email address you provided, as in that case it will presume it is the user who makes the request.
Given the nature of our activity, by participating in our activities and submitting information, you legitimately and/or expressly consent to being contacted and receiving information by any means, including electronic, about SNOWMOTION and its activities and third parties with whom it establishes collaboration links; these communications may continue even after the relationship with SNOWMOTION ends, provided the user has not expressed opposition by the available means.
Exercise of data protection rights
The user has the right to request and obtain free information about their personal data under processing, its origin and communications that may affect it. Users may send a written communication to SNOWMOTION's registered address or to the email contacto@snowmotion.es, including in both cases a copy of their ID card or similar identification document, to request the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, deletion, forgetting, portability, restriction of processing, cancellation and objection. You may also submit a complaint directly to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
User consent and revocation for informational purposes
